Should I tell my girlfriend that her sister's baby might be mine?

It turns out my girlfriend's sister just found out she's pregnant..a little bit after I had a drunken mishap and slept with her (they're twins and me and my girlfriend live together...stupid but besides the point). Being black and with her being Irish...it might be somewhat obvious that the baby is mine. However, my girlfriend is is almost fully blind...should I just let this pass and hope she won't recognize the baby's skin color or should I confess?

Confess. Can you imagine how hurt she would be if you didn't tell her, and she found out?
Of course you should confess. She deserves to know the truth, if the baby is yours. And even if the baby isn't yours, you should still tell her you slept with her sister.

Be a man for the first time in your life. Being a man isn't whipping you d*ck out whenever you feel like it, being a man means being respectable and honest and decent. You've failed in every regard thus far, own up now and save some shred of dignity for both yourself and the poor girl you screwed over. She deserves the right to know what you did and decide whether or not to leave your arse. Lose the ego and do the right thing for once.
