I know the baby is mine but I don't think she will agree on a DNA test..what to do plzzzzz?

I'm positive the baby is mine but the mother and I split up and I have no contacts of her and I want to see my kid so bad!

1. you can contest and have a DNA test done...
2. Take her to court. She cannot legally keep you from the baby and the court will make you do a DNA test.
3. Im pretty sure that you could go to a court system and try to find her. They will pretty much make her have a DNA test to find out for sure. Because if the baby is yours she cannot keep the baby from you, so go and tell them what is going on and im sure they will find her and get her to have a dna test.
