Should I tell my girlfriend that her sister's baby might be mine?

It turns out my girlfriend's sister just found out she's pregnant..a little bit after I had a drunken mishap and slept with her (they're twins and me and my girlfriend live together...stupid but besides the point). Being black and with her being Irish...it might be somewhat obvious that the baby is mine. However, my girlfriend is is almost fully blind...should I just let this pass and hope she won't recognize the baby's skin color or should I confess?

20. 1) You have to tell her, because everybody else is not blind. 2) You have to tell her since you have responsibilities (financial & moral) to this child. The child does not deserve to be secretly parented. 3) You have to tell her so that she has the choice/chance to decide whether she wants to stay with you and whether she has the will to get past this. Basically, your girlfriend deserves some respect. This is not a case of 'what she doesn't know won't hurt her'. If it was just cheating with someone who is not her sister and there was no child, I would have a different answer. Sorry...

She still will find out her friends, family and others around her..Come on...Tell your girlfriend you slept with her sister and the babies might be yours and step up and take responsibility if they are yours. Do this or she might find out that they are yours when her sister takes you to court for child support
