The legally accepted proof is a DNA test. But it's not that simple. Once the baby is born you will be able to get a DNA sample BUT if the mother refuses you will have to go to court to have an order awarded to you before you can have the DNA test done.
YOU THINK you are the father because you want the baby to be yours. And I think that the lady WANTS THE BABY TO BE HER HUSBANDS AND SHE WANTS BACK WITH HER HUSBAND. Why? Who knows? She either loves him and is sorry she went out with you and she wants to hold onto her husband. A baby tends to make fathers more agreeable. Anyway, The only almost sure proof is by DNA testing, which is expensive. Ask the lady if she wants her husband or you. Ask her outright. Get an answer, and take it from there. If she wants the husband, walk away from the whole affair. You'll only cause (yourself, the lady, the husband, and possibly the new baby) serious hardship.
You can request a DNA test after the baby is born. But if yur former gf refuses, that's probably the end of it.
