What is going on with this baby of mine? I am due my 3rd baby within the next 2 weeks and started getting pains 2 days ago. The pains started off lightly around my lower stomach and gradually got stronger and spread round my sides and my back. Why is God punishing the baby in the hotel room adjacent to mine? I'm currently working from a hotel room, as my wife is here at a conference session for her work. Next door, a baby has been crying non-stop literally for 6 hours. Early on I heard what I think was the mom's voice yell "NO!" a few times, but then after that just the baby crying and crying. Has the baby committed some sin to be seemingly punished in this way? UPDATE: Things have quieted down. I hear some shuffling around next door and what sounds like a woman crying, but I figure it's probably just room service.
